BRENNAN MITCH

Brennan Mitch was admitted to the California Bar in 2011 after graduating as a Presidential Scholar from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He was a Staff Writer at the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review during the 2009-2010 academic year, and the following year he continued as an Editor at the law review. He completed more than 40 hours of pro bono work at the Los Angeles Family Law Center, where he assisted pro persona litigants via one-on-one help sessions in completing required court documents and understanding subsequent court procedures.
Before joining BCLGI Brennan worked as a litigation associate at Jeong & Likens, L.C., where he handled a variety of business litigation matters, including contract sale of goods disputes, copyright infringement cases, construction defect claims, and employment/labor matters. Brennan subsequently worked as a litigation associate at Cochran Davis & Associates, P.C., handling personal injury, construction defect, and business litigation matters.
Brennan has also worked as in-house counsel for Galaxy Management, Inc., a real-estate investment group. He handled contract review for real property transactions and entitlement application matters with municipal supervisors. He also was primary counsel for litigation matters including landlord-tenant disputes and breach of contract claims regarding the development of a skilled nursing facility in Riverside County.
