Mr. Sandelmann has represented large and small clients in a wide variety of matters, including all types of real estate litigation, construction defects, complex title insurance litigation, employment matters, partnership disputes, manufacturing disputes, class actions involving wage & hour and other matters, medical malpractice, administrative proceedings before California governmental agencies, appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Appellate Courts, real estate acquisitions, real estate developments, drafting homeowners association bylaws and rules and regulations, commercial leases, contracts, telecommunication license acquisitions, entertainment and banking.
Mr. Sandelmann has represented clients extensively in both State and Federal courts, in arbitrations and mediations, and in administrative law proceedings. Mr. Sandelmann externed for the Honorable Geraldine Mund, Bankruptcy Judge of the Central District of California and the Honorable Patti B. Saris, District Judge for the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
In addition to entrusting their business litigation matters to Mr. Sandelmann, his clients have come to rely upon him for general legal advice and guidance to expand businesses, explore new opportunities and avoid future legal entanglements. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sandelmann gained extensive banking and small business experience while working at City National Bank’s corporate headquarters in Beverly Hills. Mr. Sandelmann was previously a partner at a large national law firm, where he was responsible for handling high-stakes complex litigation. Mr. Sandelmann’s wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts, combined with the small-firm setting of Beach Cities Law Group, Inc., allow him to structure more flexible fee arrangements and provide more cost-effective legal services to a wide range of clients, particularly those located in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
